ISOLON 500 SV
Isolon 500 SV is physically crosslinked closed-cell EVA foam produced by continuous vertical foaming process. Isolon 500 SV is soft and more flexible type of Isolon.
Density: 33 ... 66 kg/m3
Thickness: 1 ... 5 mm (single layer). Multi-layer up to 15 mm
Width: up to 1,5 mm
Working temperature range −80°C...+80°C.
The following options are available on customer request:
- coloring (in red, blue, green, yellow, orange, khaki, dark-grey, antracite etc.)
- decorative embossment of the surface
- corona treatment of the surface for adhesive coating
- lamination to foils, textiles, metallized film etc.
